OEM Performance: Polaris Engineered CVT Belts are designed and tested to run cooler—even at high RPMs—delivering excellent heat resistance and dissipation. High Strength: Lowest tolerance available (0.188-inch) means Polaris CVT Belts have the least variation allowed in width and length, resulting in consistently higher performance. Durable Materials: Polaris Drive Belts are made from Aramid to provide high strength and long-lasting reliability. They are developed and tested on all our engines for all environments and conditions. Extensive Testing: Polaris Belts receive 40,000 miles of field testing, thousands of dyno hours, 18+ months of development (13,000+ design hours) per CVT belt, 1500+ vehicle validation hours, and collaboration with powertrain and clutch engineers.
